Positive aging can be defined as a state where an aged has a positive attitude towards life, is mentally healthy, is physically agile, and is engaged in social and welfare activities. Aging positively helps not only the aged themselves but also their caretakers and families,thereby resulting in building of a better society.

What is aging process?
